As a part of the Workforce Management team, the Real Time
Analyst is accountable for the real -time monitoring of service levels
and site performance throughout the day to guarantee efficient handling
of the number of queues. I know enough about how to assign people to
specific tasks so that the work is completed accurately.
I use Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel in my role, but I am more than willing to learn and explore other tools that are necessary for my job here, and I am a fast learner.
As a Real Time Analyst, I developed adaptability by responding to changing demands, such as adjusting staffing levels on short notice during high-traffic periods or emergency situations.
