Most of my experience is in customer service, client relations, e-commerce, and supporting an academic program. Those jobs taught me the things this role actually needs: keeping track of what's due and following up on it, writing clear updates, handling email and messages, and knowing which problems to escalate versus which to just deal with myself.
Here's what I can take off your plate:
• Tracking projects and sending you regular status updates so you always know where things stand
• Managing your calendar and setting up meetings
• Handling email, vendor messages, and general correspondence
• Flagging anything that's stuck early, so you can step in before it turns into a real problem
• Building simple spreadsheets, organizing files, and doing basic research
• Whatever one-off admin tasks come up
Tools I use: Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail), MS Office, Canva, Loom, and WhatsApp. I'm also happy to learn project tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Notion if that's what your team runs on.
