As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, my role encompasses the full spectrum of recruitment activities. Leading our recruitment efforts by attracting top talent and driving strategic hiring initiatives. This includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews, as well as managing the overall candidate experience. Additionally, I collaborate closely with hiring managers, provide endorsements for job offers, and oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
