I am a professional, hardworking and resilient civil engineer who brings 31 years of valuable expertise in various construction project. I am attentive to detail with experience in coordinating projects, making decisions about materials, labor and managing project deadlines. I can manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks according to urgency and resource availability. Most projects i handled were roads and bridges, medium rise buildings and flood control projects.
I also did project estimation prior to project implementation to ensure that every project i handled delivered not only high standards but also good profit to my employer. I conduct on-site investigation if necessary and analyzing data and actual field condition which is sometimes crucial to project estimation prior to implementation.
Prior to that, i was working as a project estimator to one construction company for almost eight (8) years. Because of this, i was able to instill and maintain a delivery of profitable projects to my employer.
Consistent profitability on projects through diligent monitoring of actual costs against budget estimation is one of my top priority in handling projects.
