I am in the BPO industry for 9 years, primarily as a Customer Service Representative. I handled various accounts including retail, food delivery. financial service. Telco, content moderation, e-commerce. and health care as Complex Claims Specialist. Though the business that I work with has different scope and tasks but still it has the same role of dealing. assisting, and resolving issues and concern. I am adaptable, resourceful and attention to details. I can work with less supervision even under pressure in a fast faced, high volume environment. Aside of having a background of being a content moderator and e- commerce I also manage my own social media as I have my spare time. I create a content like story telling, slide info. or pics integrated with story line. I posted some motivational and inspirational quotes. Though I don't have a particular niche because that is only my hobbies and I am still learning to find what niche should I go, currently I am observing my targets and the platform recommendation. But over all I would like to say that in Digital or social media skills I am aware about. I consistently monitor daily analytics and implement platform recommendations to enhance content performance and maximize the creator’s growth and success.
