I have expertise in online fraud prevention, credit card chargeback process for issuers and acquirers, risk analysis, payments and collections. Working in online retail in a mostly card-absent environment is challenging but rewarding when learning fraud patterns.
I worked with Global Payments Process Centre Inc. as a Risk Analyst (Level 3). I was part of the pioneer team that started and expanded the Risk Department for North America. I was responsible for mitigating potential financial losses for the company by monitoring merchant transactions.
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work in Operations. I have experience leading a team and handling quality assurance, coaching, and escalations.
