I worked as a customer service representative taking inbound, outbound and chat support whilst doing administrative tasks. Also worked data entry, billing process and auditing over the course of staying in the company. I am highly adaptable with jobs assigned to me. I'm also affable and have strong communication skills, which I think will help me blend well within the office and gain trust from colleagues.
