I worked in a BPO firm for two years as a quality
assurance specialist, during which time I improved
my interaction with my colleagues to ensure the
quality and compliance with the company guidelines.
I also enhanced my ability to collaborate with other
leaders. Because of my commitment to my work, I am
able to multitask and perform well under pressure. My
two years of experience as an online English tutor also
allowed me to engage with people from a variety of
backgrounds, which enhanced my adaptability and

counter sales person at Dunkin Donuts, I acquired
knowledge of retail, customer interactions, and sales.
