I've been in Amazon Customer Service for 2 years and 8 months. My role as an Amazon customer service representative is to provide honest information or answers they need about the item they ordered online on the Amazon platform. Also, I've handled billing errors and 3-way called the courier who got the customers packages or items for us to provide what's the status of their items ordered online.
With 4 years in total of experience in customer service, I’ve developed expertise in handling customer inquiries and providing honest solutions.
Also, I'm a college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. I'm tech-savvy and 100% willing to learn. I would like to add my motivation for why I need this job, because currently I am helping my younger sister, who's in college right now.
