I have over a year of experience as a customer representative for a telecommunications company, where I troubleshot technical issues and helped customers resolve problems with the company’s products. Currently, I am a system administrator at a private school, where I manage the company’s system products. My responsibilities include conducting system testing, analyzing data flow, assisting clients with system concerns, managing email communications between my company’s management and clients, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
In addition to my administrative skills, I enjoy graphic design as a hobby, primarily using Canva, and I also edit videos and photos with Adobe Photoshop.
