I am a fresh graduate from the University of the East, Manila, Philippines, with a degree in Management Accounting. During my studies, I gained valuable experience through my internship at the Department of Budget and Management Central Office, a Philippine government agency. I was assigned various accounting and administrative tasks during my four-month internship from August 2024 to December 2024. These included preparing journal entries and disbursement vouchers, performing reconciliations, reviewing documents for reimbursement of expenses incurred by the Department Secretary during international meetings, encoding payments for government employees (such as deductions and contributions like taxes), and preparing reports.
After completing my internship, I pursued additional training in early 2025 and earned a certification in QuickBooks Online, which enhanced my knowledge in navigating accounting software as an aspiring bookkeeper. I also passed the Civil Service Eligibility – Professional Level in 2023, as I aim to contribute to the government sector in the future. Additionally, in 2024, I earned units and a certificate in Real Estate, with the goal of becoming a licensed real estate salesperson someday.
I possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data, with proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. I am knowledgeable in accounting processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and report preparation. I manage my time effectively, can multitask under pressure, and adapt easily to different office and administrative settings. Alongside these, I bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
