I am an I.T support with 4 years of experience in an office based company. I am knowledgeable in Active directory, Remote software such as Anydesk and Teamviewer. My tasks as an I.T support are Software and Hardware troubleshooting, Basic Network troubleshooting and with these experiences I am confident I can provide assistance. I am hard-working, competent and a problem solver in fact in my previous job I always reached the metrics of our department.
