I have at least 20 years of combined working experience in the academe, corporate and non-profit sectors with the past 11 years handling supervisory and managerial positions in international non-profit organizations. Most of the professional responsibilities that I have undertaken have always been linked to the development of people and communities whether through partnership building, youth development, skills training, values formation, personality development or formal education.
