I developed my communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management abilities during my one year and five months of experience working as a customer service representative in the healthcare sector. I gave clients outstanding service during this time, answering their questions and handling problems in a timely and professional manner. Later, I moved to Accenture to work as a Customer Associate-HR Support, where I handled employee requests, handled HR-related questions, and made sure that HR services were delivered smoothly. I was able to expand my knowledge of HR procedures and develop my proficiency in accurately and carefully managing sensitive employee data in this position. All of these experiences have improved my capacity to provide excellent service in hectic and changing settings.
