In my previous employer, I was responsible for managing shipments throughout the United States using advanced tracking systems to track shipments, provide immediate updates, and resolve any issues that arise during pickup and delivery. I do outbound calls to gather tracking updates and to confirmed the missing information about the load. Also, I assisted drivers on their problem by creating escalations. I work closely with carriers, shipping teams, and customers to ensure all shipments are picked up and delivered as scheduled and to communicate effectively about delays or schedule changes.
