Hello, my name is Rhancy T. Cortez, a graduate of Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management from Father Saturnino Urios University. During my academic journey, I served as a student leader and student journalist, which helped hone my leadership and communication skills.
I gained hands-on experience as a Student Intern at Project Caraga, a non-government organization, specifically working in the Human Resources Department. After graduation, I started my career at VCDU Prince Hotel as a Front Officer, and within a month, I was promoted to Sales and Marketing Manager. The skills I have developed in Human Resources, Sales, and Marketing—such as strategic planning, client relationship management, effective communication, and employee engagement—have been integral in helping me succeed in my career.
Currently, I am seeking a part-time job to further expand my professional experience and support my financial goals for the future.
