I'm a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate who genuinely enjoys the customer-facing side of tech work — I like the -----------nt where a confused customer becomes a happy one because the issue actually got solved.
My current role has me handling in-person customer concerns and after-sales support daily, logged through ZOHO CRM. Before that, I worked phones in a sales call center, which taught me how to stay clear and patient under pressure. My IT background means I'm not just following a script — I can usually tell whether a problem is a "restart it" fix or something that needs to be escalated.
I'm now looking for a remote role — Customer Support, Data Entry, or Service Desk — where I can put both the people-skills and the technical side to use.
