I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I've been in the BPO industry for 10 years. I was under different line of businesses. I've been a Customer Service Representative for a US financial account handling credit card inquiries . I've also been a technical support for both US and Australian Telecom companies wherein we troubleshoot all types of internet connections including Digital Office Technology. I also have years of experience as a Health Claims Adjudicator with Manulife. I handle mainly hospital benefit claims both inpatient and outpatient claims. Also have a background of underwriting since we conduct investigations for policies with short policy inforce period which includes requests of medical reports from clients and hospitals/clinics. I know that through this experiences it has taught me and developed me into becoming a more reliable and knowlegeable. I am organized and focused in everything I do and easily can work with other co-workers without any trouble.
