I am an Executive Assistant in general, but have experiences in Marketing, Business Development, Sales & Customer Service, and Transcription.
The following are my general tasks:
- Responsible for the effective delivery of administrative and secretarial services
- Collates, compiles, checks and generates reports
- Maintains calendars for the employer through proper scheduling of appointments and coordination of activities
- Makes necessary arrangements of conferences, workshops, meetings and other events that the employer will be attending/participating
- Prepares documents, correspondences, and presentations
- Records and sorts incoming documents
- Prepares logistic requirements for meetings and records/transcribes minutes
- Copy-edits proposals and other written documents that will be required
- Safe-keeps records and files
- Performs confidential employee/employee-relations assignments as instructed
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
