I have 11 years of experience in the BPO industry. I have supported both technical and travel verticals. 4 years have been working as a customer representatives and the rest have been in the learning/training department. I have been a Trainer, a Training Supervisor and a Training Manager. I have supported both in a local and a global level. I have a good grasp of creating training materials and an entire training curriculum even. I also have a great deal of understanding in both face to face and virtual training as I have not only supported people doing these but have experienced facilitating it myself.
