For the past 8 years I have been in the customer service industry with a mix of customer facing and as a call center agent. My latest company would be at Amazon where I started from Customer Service Representative and got promoted to a Resolution Specialist which handles escalated calls from customers regarding logistics, return, refund and delivery. I provide assistance and knowledge to my colleagues as well. I handle mostly inbound calls, chat and email. I do data entry, web research and email management. I was given a chance to handle the team and oversee business and everyone's performance during my time as a Team Leader. My journey with Amazon has been 4 amazing years. I've been also a part of Starbucks for 2 years creating excellent coffee and excellent customer service while training new baristas.
