- I actively monitor the timeliness of deliveries and the reliability of suppliers to make sure our stock arrives when we need it.- I ensure that we stay on top of our inventory by regularly summarizing total consumption and performing physical inventory counts before each cut-off period.When stock levels hit the re-ordering point, I take action by preparing purchase requests and working with the Purchasing Team to ensure timely procurement.- I carefully approve or reject deliveries, always checking to make sure the items meet the required standards before accepting them into the warehouse.- I keep open communication with the Purchasing Team, ensuring that any updates on our purchase requests are handled promptly and that stock arrives within the expected lead time.- I analyze consumption patterns to adjust minimum stock levels, making sure we’re prepared for upcoming demand while avoiding excess inventory.- Every time new stock arrives, I quickly handle online receiving in SAP and online issuance of goods, ensuring that the warehouse database is up-to-date in real-time.
Additionally, I’ve recently completed specialized training to become a Premium Amazon Seller Virtual Assistant, with expertise in Amazon Seller Central, including inventory management, listing optimization, and customer support. While I’m still new to the Amazon space, I’m excited to bring my warehouse management skills to help Amazon sellers optimize their inventory and operational processes.
