Why I approach automation differently
Before moving into automation, I spent 4 years working in customer support and administrative operations. That experience taught me how business processes actually work in practice, not just how they look on a workflow diagram.
I've dealt with manual data entry, messy handoffs, and processes that depended too heavily on someone remembering to do a step.
Because of that, I look beyond simply making an automation "work." I think about what happens when data is missing, an API fails, a customer replies unexpectedly, or a workflow runs twice. I don't just build for the happy path. I build for how the business actually operates.
I'm detail-oriented, comfortable learning new platforms, and enjoy solving problems where different applications need to work together.
