I am National Customer Service Representative for a maintenance facilities company bases in the United States. I handle day to day operations which includes coordinating with 3rd party vendors to ensure that work requested by our clients are done in a timely manner. I follow up with necessary documents needed before and after work. I am also involved in updating our clients regarding the status of the work or sharing details of it. I am currently a one man team and closely work with my manager.
