I have also direct communication with clients through various channels (e.g., phone, email, chat) to ensure a positive customer experience. My primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, build strong client relationships, and ensure timely and effective solutions to meet client needs. I have honed my ability to compete and achieve in a fast-paced, high-achieving work environment at my former employer.
