Most recently, I served as an Operations Team Leader at Bosch Service Solutions, Inc. for two and a half years where I was responsible for managing a team, overseeing quality assurance, and driving process improvement. My role involved a lot of strategic planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams, customers, internationally diverse clients located in Australia and with APAC region to meet and exceed service goals. Before that, I was a product trainer for a year in a department where I started my role in an entry level position in customer service and IT Service Desk support then became a Subject Matter Expert within 5 years of my time working there. In the previous year and companies, I worked with the same role for three years, which helped me build a solid foundation in understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service.
Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in client relations, people management, quality assurance and operational efficiency.
