I have great communications skills since most of my work is talking with the elderly client. Helping them fixed problem with the ordered medication, helping them set a doctor's appointment and assisting them in enrolling with a good healthcare plan. Then become one of the Trainers, as trainer i trained new hire employees. I have great skills with microsoft excel since we are using that as a tool to organize our data. Then transfer as Regional Account Manager. As a Regional Account Manager, i used to work with Fairview Hospital. I help them process refunds for different insurances. I also assist them in adjusting claims so that insurances will paid them in a right amount using EPIC system.
