Highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Support Administrator with solid experience in the car-sharing sector. I played a critical role in supporting our sales and operations team, particularly during new market launches. As a key member of the launching team, I provided hands-on support to potential leads, guiding them through every step of becoming successful partners on our platform.
My primary responsibility was to assist leads, often referred by our sales team, through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring they were fully set up and equipped to start earning as partners. This included setting up their accounts, walking them through all requirements, and ensuring all items in the pre-launch checklist were completed before their vehicles were approved to go live on the platform.
In addition to onboarding, I served as an educational resource for new partners. I regularly conducted walkthroughs and guided the basics of car sharing—from how to use the platform, set appropriate pricing, and manage bookings, to understanding platform rules and optimising their listings. My approach was always supportive and proactive, ensuring our partners felt confident and empowered from day one.
Providing exceptional partner support was a central part of my role. I addressed day-to-day inquiries and operational issues with care and efficiency, making sure to resolve concerns directly or escalate to the right department when needed. I developed a strong understanding of internal processes and knew where and how to seek help when something fell outside my scope, which helped improve resolution times and partner satisfaction.
My role also involved overseeing various administrative and operational tasks that supported the smooth running of the business. These included:
Performing detailed billing reviews and reconciliations
Creating and managing partner subscriptions
Processing refunds and reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner
Supporting retention efforts by engaging with partners to maintain satisfaction and reduce churn
Assisting in back-office duties that helped streamline daily operations and improve internal workflows
