I help e-commerce businesses handle customer support, orders, and delivery concerns with accuracy, clear communication, and attention to detail.

I have 7 years of experience in a retail and online pharmacy environment, handling 50+ customer orders daily as part of a team processing 200+ orders per shift in a 24/7 operation. My experience includes order processing and fulfillment, customer inquiries, delivery updates, refunds and returns, product availability, inventory coordination, and CRM updates through email, chat, and WhatsApp.

To build on my customer support and order management experience, I became a Gorgias Certified Agent and created a Shopify development store for hands-on practice with Shopify Admin, including product and variant checks, inventory review, draft orders, order updates, cancellations, refunds, and common e-commerce order management workflows.

I'm also comfortable working with Google Workspace, Canva, WhatsApp Business, and a custom CRM used for customer, inventory, and order management.
