I graduated from Mindanao State University in the Philippines with a Bachelor Science of Business Administration major in Business Economics. I have 10 years of experience in the retail industry, where I managed multiple stores focusing on procurement, marketing strategies, and inventory control. I also interacted regularly with both suppliers and customers to address concerns, inquiries and conduct business reviews, which strengthened my skills in communication and relationship-building.
In May 2025, I worked as a Telemarketer/Cold Caller for Hospice Alliance Network, where I
assisted seniors in accessing no-cost healthcare programs, including hospice
care, home health, and other support services. My responsibilities included
making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and setting appointments with care
coordinators.
Previously, in November 2024, I served as a Virtual Call Agent, making outbound calls to voters to discuss campaign messages, candidate policies, and election details,
while encouraging voter participation. This role enhanced my communication,
persuasion, and data management skills—key strengths in lead generation.
To strengthen my capabilities in the virtual workspace, I participated in several freelancing trainings and seminars in October 2024, which covered the essential skills for building a successful online career. Additionally, I completed the Surge
Masterclass Virtual Assistant Training Program in April 2025, where I gained
practical experience in calendar and email management, social media management,
basic online bookkeeping, and lead generation. Further, I attended the training
for expanded Data Entry Specialist held by The VA Ladder last October 12, 2025.
