I have been working in the US Healthcare Industry for over 18 years now.
From data processing to subject matter expert to auditor to trainer, then team lead and now an executive who handles 240 people. My main expertise is from setting up the group, rates, recon and billing, enrollment and even a touch of claims. I have also advanced skills in people management, which involves but not limited to engagement, development and coaching. My skills in project planning, risk assessment, execution and financials is advanced.
