Recruitment Operations
*Sources an adequate pool of candidates to fulfill hiring requirements.
*Screens candidates in compliance with company and account-specific regulations.
*Provides a qualified candidate pool to hiring managers.
*Prepares and issues offer letters and employment contracts to identified candidates
Stakeholder Management
*Maintains strong relationships with Operations and Business Units.
*Organizes calibration sessions to ensure alignment on hiring requirements and profiles.
*Participates in calls, meetings, and reporting, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders regarding recruitment-related concerns.
Reports Management
*Tracks daily, weekly, and monthly productivity through the maintenance of recruitment-related reports.
*Keeps files in line with company and external audit standards, including advertising documentation, applicant records, and screening details
Onboarding
*Clears candidates for hiring and keeps them engaged through their start date.
*Coordinates with the relevant hiring/HR manager/trainer about start dates.
*May assist with orientation functions as required.
*Supports the Onboarding team by gathering and validating pre-employment requirements and following up as needed.
Others
*Provides oversight and mentorship to TA associates/specialists.
*Sends daily reports to the leadership team.
*Coordinates and oversees activities to suggest and implement new or revised policies, procedures, and practices within the area of responsibility.
*Performs ad hoc tasks as needed.
