I've been in customer service field and sales account for 10 years. Handling various type of calls and closing deals. I've been one of the highest sales associate, exceeding quota when I was in AT&T. I got promoted as subject matter expert on the same account due to my good performance, then after a year I was promoted again as Quality Analyst. Closely monitoring and ensuring that agents provide quality service and sales with integrity inline with company/ accounts objectives. I resigned in 2021, and on 2022 up to now I'm working as fraud specialist in one of the largest bank , JP Morgan Chase. As fraud specialist I am responsible in investigating fraud activities on the customer's account. My tasks also includes identifying potential fraud risk, analysing data and thoroughly reviewing processes.
