I have worked in the ESL industry for 2 years and in the BPO industry for more than 5 years. I have handled several accounts which are healthcare, financial, telco and travel accounts. My expertise is pre-authorization, coding, documentation review, financial reporting, compliance and Audit report. I am also proficient in Medical Billing software.
