During in my previous conventional jobs, I was in the industry of sales and marketing. I’ve learned that listening to your customer’s needs helps a lot when trying to introduce the product you are selling. Also, learning from my mistakes and failed transactions motivated me to rethink and improve my approach to the customers.
Public speaking may not be my number 1 strength but I was able to build confidence and structure when I had to make product presentations and monthly reports of sales.
I believe that being emphatic while listening to truly understand the team is my best quality as a leader.
