Atty. Premy Stephen R. is a member of the IBP Bukidnon Chapter and a proud graduate of Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan, one of the country’s leading institutions in legal education. He completed his Juris Doctor degree in 2024, graduating without a failing mark and earning academic distinctions—Top 6 in his final semester and Top 8 in the preceding semester of his senior year. He took the Bar in September 2024, successfully passed, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in January 2025. Atty. Stephen has gained diverse legal experience through involvement with NGOs, law offices, and the judiciary. He is also a part-time instructor - law subjects, contributing to legal education. In addition to his law degree, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Financial Management, with related work experience in the business and finance sector.
