Hola! I'm ----------- and I'm currently working in a BPO Industry as an HR Officer for almost 2 years and a half.
I started my career in Human Resources Industry year 2017 where I started working as an Administrative Assistant in Cooperative. And then I worked as a HR Assistant in a 3-stars Hotel. I handled the end-to-end recruitment, timekeeping and payroll, manage HR Database, organizing company events, issuing Memos, Notices and Disciplinary Actions, coordinating with the government agencies.
Being an HR helps me develop my critical thinking and social skills. Whenever I encounter difficulties at work, I tend to be calm, logical and systematic before resolving the issues.
I want to build a relationship where I can share all the learnings that I learned and where I can also learn as well.
