Additionally, I have coordinated with suppliers and service providers for program materials, prepared proposals, budget requests, activity and liquidation reports, and managed the submission of necessary documents.
I have also worked closely with stakeholders, including LGU partners and other program partners, performed general secretarial duties such as drafting correspondence and applying for permits, and handled various administrative tasks like employee documentation, allowance distribution, report consolidation, data entry, and client coordination.
