Tech-Savvy Virtual Assistant | Dental Background | Administrative Support

I’m a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with a background in both computer technology and dentistry. I’m comfortable handling administrative work, data entry, research, file management, and other computer-based tasks. I learn new systems quickly and can adapt to different workflows once I understand how a client wants things done.

Dental Background

I completed 2 years of pre-dentistry studies and have training in Dental Technology (NC I). I’m also currently taking NC II training in Removable Partial Dentures (RPD), giving me hands-on exposure to dental laboratory work, prosthodontics, dental materials, and removable prostheses.

I’ve also attended professional dental seminars through the PDA–Quezon City Dental Chapter, covering topics such as digital dentistry in prosthodontics, fixed prosthetics, full-mouth rehabilitation, clear aligner technology, and digital/analog dental workflows.

This background gives me a good foundation in dental terminology, tooth anatomy, dental procedures, prosthodontics, and communication within a dental setting. I’m currently expanding that knowledge toward Dental VA work, particularly insurance verification, dental billing, CDT codes, claims, EOBs, pre-authorizations, and patient benefits.
