I was a former QA engineer wherein I mostly handle final verification of engineering documents. I also do technical reports such as updating and revising work instructions and procedures and I monitor our monthly quality performance. Aside from that, I provide technical support to my team whenever there's a line issue.
I would describe myself as someone who's hardworking, goal-driven, dedicated, and I have a great sense of attention to detail. I am a natural problem solver as well in which I am equipped with different problem solving tools such as 8D and root cause analysis. I also use 7 QC tools for data visualization and analysis.
