I have more almost 4yrs of BPO work experience in 2 different project. First Project as Transaction Processing New Associate where the workload focuses on resolving the Billing issues of the Accounts together with the Members Detail correction. These Accounts are from different US Clients. Second Project is where I worked as Content Moderator where the focus of the workload is to properly screen the Applications submitted to Google before it launch in the Playstore. On both works, I was able to practiced the proper and through research before applying the company standard policies. I also practiced the 100% Quality work and productivity because there's assigned Target and Turn around time in each task. I also able to contribute ideas on how we can easily manage each hard accounts we had in our team. After almost 4yrs of working in the Philippines, I d----------- to move out of my comfort zone and fulfill my dream to work abroad since there's an opportunity come in my way. I worked in United Arab Emirates for almost 4yrs in 2 different fields. First, in a Tyre Trading company where I stayed working for 3yrs as Accounts and Admin Assistant and I handled the accounts receivables and petty cash management of the company. and 2nd job is in Hospitality where I worked for less than a year as Finance Clerk and now I wanted to go back to work so I want to maximized this platform to get my dream work from home job.
