My responsibilities include managing employee records in childcare management systems, tracking and processing employee time-off requests, monitoring attendance and contracts, Email marketing for more business reviews, adjusting PTO, and updating career ladder lists in BambooHR. I also design Canva-based websites, flyers, manuals, handbooks, SOPs, and marketing tool kits. Additionally, I build CRMs in Google Sheets to track enrolments and parent communications, ensuring accurate and organised data management.
