I work as a General Virtual Assistant.
My journey in this field began in 2020 when I took on the role of an Administrative Assistant at BIFC (Be Inspired Fitness and Coaching), a fitness organization. My responsibilities included handling administrative tasks and organizing data for the team.
One of my key duties was collecting and managing essential information such as names, email addresses, location details, and contact numbers. Additionally, I communicated with fitness coaches to request updated documentation and certifications, including Insurance Certificates, Police Check Certificates, First Aid and CPR Certifications, and other required documents. If any certificates expired, I ensured that the appropriate administrators were informed so they could take the necessary steps for renewal.
Currently, I am seeking opportunities in a similar role where I can contribute my skills and experience to a team. I am eager to share my background and additional expertise that may benefit potential clients.
Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, I worked as a glass installer in my city. Wanting to explore new opportunities, I d----------- to step into this industry to gain knowledge and enhance my career.
My initial experience as a Virtual Assistant started as a part-time role under a relative’s small agency. I worked under their name, completing various tasks as instructed. This role lasted for over two years, during which I gained valuable experience. Later, I transitioned into SEO as a Link Builder, again under my relative’s name, as I was still new to the industry and had no independent account on the platform.
As a Link Builder, I spent nearly a year handling tasks such as Guest Posting, Niche Editing, Blog Commenting, and more. Following my work in SEO, I expanded my skill set by learning Photo and Video Editing, aiming to provide more value to clients.
