The skills that I've collectively gain in my 4 years of working as a Hospital Pharmacist II and 4 years as a Virtual Medical Assistant are communication, adaptability, critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, dependability and project management.. I was one of the pioneering Patient Unit Care Pharmacists at the hospital in which I contributed in creating policies and workflow processes. I have also trained and handled over 30 pharmacists in my career. My current position has the following tasks: medical transcription and billing, quality monitoring and assurance that comply to insurance and federal requirements, as well as human resource management, administrative and supervisory tasks.
