* Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and rescheduling
* Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits using TriZetto and direct communication with insurance providers
* Manage Zocdoc calendar and portal appointments
* Maintain accurate patient records within the EHR system
* Ensure consistent phone coverage and support front desk operations as needed
* Assist with any additional tasks required by the practice.
* Respond to emails and chat inquiries
* HIPAA compliant, Utilize EHR and EMR systems for documentation
