My experience covers land investing, property management, residential sales, and real estate transactions. I help keep real estate and property operations moving by making sure deals, listings, and day to day property work stay organized and don’t stall.
For the past few years, I worked remotely supporting different parts of a business, with most of my time spent on research, operations, and marketing support. A typical day involved digging through data, comping properties, reviewing leads, building mail and SMS campaign lists, updating records, and turning scattered information into something useful and actionable.
I also gained experience in property management, handling maintenance requests, coordinating with tenants, owners, and contractors, following up on work orders, managing documentation, updating CRM records, and assisting with sales transactions from listing through to settlement.
Over time, I naturally gravitated toward operations and marketing support. I enjoyed organizing information, improving processes, keeping track of details, and helping teams stay on top of what needed to happen next.
At the end of the day, I focus on keeping operations structured, responsive, and moving forward so the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
