I have over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, starting as an IT Desktop Support specialist and progressing to a Systems Administrator for hybrid environments. My background includes managing computer workstations and assisting end users with both hardware and software issues. I have also overseen small office IT operations, handling everything from client to server and network devices, as well as coordinating IT-related projects.
In addition to on-site support, I have significant experience in remote IT support, conducting remote sessions to resolve user issues. I have managed software updates for thousands of machines using systems similar to SCCM, such as HPOM. My role has also involved monitoring server alerts to prevent potential issues for end users.
I manage email systems via O365/Exchange and handle identity-related tickets involving Azure/Entra, Active Directory, and mobile device management through Airwatch, with a transition to Intune underway.
