As a Customer Service Representative, our main responsibility is to offer customer assistance and solutions in a courteous and effective way. It includes handling a various kinds of customer concerns, to small and simple to most complicated issues about products or services we offer that requires a problem-solving skill. We need to be effective and efficient when it comes to communicating to the customers, explaining or solving their issue thru phone calls, emails, and chats while being empathetic with their feelings. I want to be known as reliable and adaptable to new change — and handling it with positive attitude. Also, I do want an environment where no one is left out and feeling valued and heard.
