I have Australian mortgage experience. I am assisting the broker from pre-lodgment to post settlements. I’m the one responsible in preparing clients data on CRM, ordering valuations, requesting pricings, preparing servicing calculator, lodging applications to ApplyOnline, and liaising to clients, credits assessors, lenders, settlement agents, builders, and land agents for status updates. We are also processing purchase, refinance, construction, top-up, and guarantor loans. I’m also preparing the FHOG form and the First Homeowners grant form.
