I’m naturally curious, resourceful, and a fast learner. When I don’t know something, I research it, understand the why behind it, and figure out how to apply it properly rather than simply following instructions without context.
I also value clear communication, reliability, organization, and attention to detail. I work well independently once expectations and priorities are clear, while still communicating when clarification is needed.
